Early Learners Assistant and a member of the student services team, Anastasia is passionate about creating a calm, supportive environment where young children feel secure and confident to explore independently. Holding a Certificate IV in School Based Educational Support and currently studying Early Childhood Education, she loves watching children grow in confidence as they discover new skills and interests.
“I love working with young children and watching their confidence grow as they begin to do things independently. It’s incredibly rewarding to see a child master a new skill or discover something that genuinely excites them. I enjoy observing each child’s individual interests and seeing how they engage with the environment in their own unique way.
I hold a Certificate IV in School Based Educational Support and am currently studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, further developing my knowledge of early childhood development and practice.
I am continually working on finding a sense of calm within myself so that I can create a supportive environment where children feel secure and confident to explore at their own pace. I value independence and use gentle guidance to encourage children to make their own choices and build confidence in themselves.
I have been a member of the MMC community for one year.”
