Parents and Toddler Playgroup Leader and Student Services educator Zuzana, brings warmth, experience and a strong academic background to her work with MMC families. She holds an MSc in Geology and Palaeontology, a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Diploma of Children’s Services and a Montessori 0–6 Certificate, along with TESOL and Education Support qualifications.
“I aim to create a calm, warm and welcoming environment where children and families feel safe, valued and free to explore. I believe education begins with connection, and building meaningful relationships with children and their families is at the heart of my practice.
My academic background includes an MSc in Geology and Palaeontology from Comenius University in Slovakia, a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Monash University and a Diploma in Children’s Services (Early Childhood Education and Care). I also hold an MWEI Montessori 0–6 Certificate, a Certificate IV in TESOL and a Certificate in Education Support from Monash University.
After 16+ years at MMC, I remain continually inspired by children’s innocence, honesty and their natural drive to explore the world. I find great joy in knowing that, in small ways, I can make a positive difference in their lives.”
