Manojini is an experienced Montessori leader AND EDUCATOR IN THe 3 and 4-YEAR OLD KINDER AND PREP CLASSROOM, who brings deep knowledge, thoughtful leadership and a strong commitment to each child’s holistic development. With qualifications in early childhood, primary education, teaching, and AMI Montessori training, she leads Bulen–Bulen with care and expertise.

I guide children with patience and respect, supporting not only their academic growth, but also their social, emotional and creative development. I also work closely with educators and families to foster a strong, reflective and nurturing learning community.
I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Primary Education, a Master of Teaching, an AMI Diploma 3–6, and an AMI Administrator Certificate. I have been a member of the MMC community for 14 years.”
