Noemie is a thoughtful and nurturing EDUCATOR in our 3 and 4-year old kinder and prep classrooms who values each child’s individuality and creates a calm space for confident, joyful learning. With qualifications in teaching, early childhood and primary education, as well as Montessori 3–6 training, she brings warmth and insight to mmc, where she has worked for over 8 years.
“I am dedicated to creating a calm, nurturing environment where each child feels safe, valued and confident to grow. What I love most about working with children is witnessing their natural curiosity and love of learning, and supporting them as they develop independence, confidence and kindness in their own unique way.
My approach is centred on recognising that every child is an individual, with their own strengths, interests and pace of development. I take time to observe each child carefully and offer guidance that supports their personal growth, helping them to explore, express themselves and build meaningful connections with others and their environment.
I hold a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Teaching, a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood and Primary Education, and Montessori 3–6 training through the Montessori World Educational Institute. This is my 8th year at MMC.”
