Infanta LEARNING ASSISTANT

Drawing on 17 years at MMC, Infanta holds a BSc in Mathematics, Montessori 3–6 Diploma, AMI Elementary Assistants Course Certificate 6–9, and qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. A Learning Assistant in Years 1–3, she supports children with patience and care, encouraging independence, confidence and a love of learning.

“I am a Learning Assistant in a Years 1–3 classroom and have been part of MMC for 17 years. I hold a BSc in Mathematics, a Montessori 3–6 Diploma, an AMI Elementary Assistants Course Certificate 6–9, and a Diploma and Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

I love watching children grow in confidence and independence, supporting them as they discover and enjoy learning, and building caring relationships that help every child feel valued.

My approach is calm, patient and supportive. I encourage children to become independent while providing guidance when they need it, with a focus on helping each child feel safe, confident and capable.“
